Nice and clean but it is an older unit. Had issues with the TV but they responded and got it working my second day there. The unit is good for the price and is in the heart of the neighborhood.

Studio across 30A for the Perfect Price

My small family and I enjoyed our stay at this uncluttered and fuss-free studio. We had stayed at both upscale homes and condos before but found this studio to be more freeing. It encouraged us to get out there without feeling claustrophobic. Plus it is across 30A from the beach, has a beach access right there, and there is also a public beach access about a quarter mile west (we actually preferred to drive over to that one as it had a ramp down to the beach vs stairs).

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Benchmark managed our rental very well, with amenities and attention to detail. The apartment was clean and well located across from beach access. Though very limited in counter space , the kitchen is well supplied. There seems room for a small, “butcher block” cabinet on casters next to table, to help add counter space as needed. Overall, the place was nicely decorated and comfortable. AC unit is efficient but loud for sleeping.

Convenient close to beach

Great place close to seaside shops and eateries, beach right across the street, swimming pool right out the back door. Only problems I had were when a/c fan would kick on at night kind of loud. Small burner on stove was not level also the hall 2 bulb light one of the bulbs would flicker. But these issues weren't a problem. They just need some attention.
